I am not sure what freeroll game you are referring to in stars. Can you tell me which one you are trying to join.
If you are still having issues with your bonus on 888 please create a customer support ticket (go to bottom of that page and click the + sign beside "Open a new ticket") and give them all the details you can.

So I sign up with this site and it says get 50.00 so you guys do not give it..888 gives us it?
888Poker gives indeed the money. You will get $8 in cash and tickets if I’m right and if you will play you get $8 per 250 points until you have received $88 in total, but there is a time limit to claim the entire bonus.
