I'm probably check-call OTF.
When he check-raises it's not bluff imo. He probably has an ace. I'm calling the check-raise as well IP.
You could go for the 3bet, but I think you lose value for later streets. He's either folding or beating you.

Turn is a blank and he checks. You have to definitely bet this turn, but the shove is not the best option imo. You thrown-in an almost double pot bet and it just seems very awkard. After your donkbet OTF and a turn shove you're only making him call with hands that beat you, like AT, AA, KT. I'm not sure he's calling this shove with AX.
That said, I see no reason to play this way OTT.

The only spot I would consider shoving would be on the flop.
Especially if you have reads or stats he can over play flush draws and Ax hands.
On the turn you can easy bet like 24bb and shove a blank river card.

You line is a little face up but at NL2 that can work, you indeed got called so whatever
Generally speaking I'd rather check/raise that flop and not overbet that turn though.

You can shove the flop imo. If he has Ax there are many turn cards that would kill the action like any spade/Q/J/K.

If he has a draw - make him pay with all his stack to see the turn. If he has AT/KT - so be it

Checking the flop is not ok mw. We should bet there. When raised - you can ship it.

Betting OTF is a must since there are alot of scare cards for you, A, any spade, K and J. Remember this is not heads up and flush draws are happy to see a free turn card so I like that you lead on flop.
When he raises I dont think its a bluff, so I would jam this flop.

Maybe im being a bit angro, but i would consider a 3bet pre flop. Unless the guy never steals from the btn.

OTF i would go all in or ar least 3bet his reraise.
