It would be good to know how you thought of this hand and how was the villain you were playing with.

That size OTF makes no sense. You're OOP, the agressor and flop top pair. Just build the pot with a nice bet.
He min-raises you cbet and that doesn't say much about his hand imo. Call is fine.
I believe that a set would call your cbet instead of min-raising it.

I think the turn is a good spot for a bet. Protection and value. If he has an ace is probably calling IP and if he raises you, you can make a much informed fold.

River is blank. He's not doing this with 97.
A weaker ace is probably calling a bet here. A set/two pair is raising for sure.
Overall I think bet/fold is ok.

You can easy bet like 12bb on the flop for value and if he raised it will be tough to continue with only top pair, but it depends a lot on the reads and stats you have on him. As played I would most likely play the hand the same, but it's indeed a spot you are most likely far behind or slight ahead with top pair top kicker.

You can call that WA/WB when you're raised on this flop but we usually don't. Let's say your hand has becoming you best bluffcatcher indeed but you're supposed to win quite often still.

I also like it as played. One thing I would probably change is the pre-flop squeeze size. Villain did open very small and in these cases I think we can go a bit bigger.
OTF you have TPTK and the board doesn't look very dangerous. I think a quite standard cbet size would be half pot and I don't necessarily see a reason to go bigger.
When you get raised OTF I would not start leading OTT.

I would squeeze bigger preflop. I like it as played. When you get raised, you should play it passive.

I like it. Calling the river as well.
