:diamond: WHEN: ONLY THIS TUESDAY JANUARY 22nd 20:00 CET!
:diamond: WHERE: Our Twitch Channel
:diamond: WHAT: Brother against brother, PokerStrategist against PokerStrategist, Pirate against Ninja! During this gruelling one-off 1.5hour battle we will witness a friendly clash of MyFloXyBabY against Bigdog63 In a series of various disciplines of their poker games - and YOU will decide the overall winner, live in Twitch chat. It will be a clash of hand histories in various categories - get ready to judge some big bluffs and big plays!

The Rules of THE RIVALS

  • The Arbitrator (aka yours truly Coach Lemon36) shall select specific poker situations
  • Both Rivals shall submit example hands for each situation, chosen by The Arbitrator
  • The mighty judges in Twitch chat shall cast their vote after each category for their favourite Rival. Based on quality of play, creativity, or just random whim as they please, it's Twitch chat after all
  • At the end, we add the points and will have ourselves our very first The PokerStrategy Rivals Champion!
  • The winner shall win his eternal glory written in the books of PokerStrategy and Twitch itself!

Btw, did you know that the Russian community has already held 3 'battle championships', which are shootouts consisting of 'matches' where participants' live play videos are compared by a coach (Donetskiy) on the Twitch stream.

Each of the 2 battle participants submits 3 live session videos (each video is 15 minutes long), then for each of the players, the hosting coach randomly selects 1 video out of the 3 (that's done to reduce the probability of a huge upswing session video), gives a 1-point penalty for each misplayed hand (or half a point for a small inaccuracy); when the coach is in doubt, the Twitch chat votes. The one who's got fewer penalty points advances to the next round.

I'm not gonna show any mercy to my opponent ! :milord:
If I lose against him it's gonna bring shame to my family for at least 5 generations ... fortunately I dont' plan on making children.

Ah sweet, thank you for sharing!

Every player here in the stellar English Pokerstrategy Community misplays no hands though, only uses creative and alternative plays so we will shift the focus towards that in specific spots instead of their mistakes !
