I don't like raising here cause there is plenty of passive players limp/calling AJ/AQ, specially from EP. I would probably raise AQ+.

AT'o is too strong to check behind on the BB in a limped pot. They do limp/call AJ/AQ from EP often? Never noticed it, but I'm raising here always preflop.
I like it postlop as played. Flop check/call is ok. When no one bets, you need to start building the pot with TP, so turn is a must bet imo.

I think Pre Flop its to passive to check behind with ATo by doing this your giving all the limpers a free look at the flop with small pairs ect, OTF its a clear lead out with TP and you dont want to give flush draws a free card, OTT I think both options are fine to bet or check however when you do bet i would always have a plan on what you are going to do on the river when your called..
