MP2 folds, Hero raises to $1, CO raises to $2.95, 3 folds, Hero raises to $6, CO calls $3.05.

Flop: ($12.35) T:d, 3:d, T:c (2 players)
Hero bets $7.00, CO folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $12.35.

Villain had ~20% 3bet in a small sample size (<150). He had 3bet me from pretty early positions (like this) 3-4 times before. ~80% FCB (still small sample)
Flop play? 4bet size too small?

The 4-bet size is ok as long as you 4 bet that way your monsters too. I actually like smaller 4-bets so that spots like this come cheaper. Bet size on flop looks ok too , he will continue with the same hands as to a bigger bet in a 4betted pot.

You should 4-bet bigger.
Because he gets too good odds to call and hit pair and likely call down or shove at some point.
Flop bet is fine.
