Are you sure that this is on PokerStars?
I just checked my client, and I can find no casino app at all -- and I reviewed my setting in case I had turned it off.

Please provide the exact instructions that they gave you.
If possible, please provide a screenshot of the minicasino -- it is possible that the casino is only available in some countries.

No problems with my Casino in my PokerStars client. Did you have still the same problem?
