Hi Everyone
I was just wondering if the strategy that are taught on this website are still good and relevant, as it was produced in 2010. Please could you let me know as I am a beginner.
Thanks
Hi natebotes,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com ![]()
Yes, they certainly are relevant -- especially the basics.
Using the basic strategies at low stakes will be profitable in the long run.
Not a lot of profit, to be sure, but a profit nonetheless.
As you accumulate strategy points you'll unlock higher status levels, and have access to more advanced strategies.
Since you asked this question in the Sit and Go forum, I linked to the Sit and Go lesson overview below.
If you are totally new to poker, though, it might be advisable to start out this the No Limit Lesson overview first. You need to crawl before you can walk.
To get started, be sure to check out the free money offers and bonus offers.
Read the instructions carefully -- they usually apply to rooms where you don't already have an account.
I recommend reading our Sit and Go lessons overview articles first.
That article leads you through the basics and beyond.
It is even recommended if you've played a while ♠_biggrin:
If you have any questions, just post them in the Q&A forum.

TT, Right, any poker information is relevant as long you use it to provoke thoughts and develop as player.
Even the incorrect info can be useful to find out it's wrong thinking and learn the correct.
TT, But I'll join thread for question
UP Is pokerstrategy still interested in partnership with Dusk Till Dawn and if Poland player are welcome. I'd appreciate a concise response, unless you want to proceed with several month long futile waste of time. Todays price of poker tournaments is very expensive but perhaps we can leave differences behind and Dusk Till Dawn can accomodate more modest players like yourselves.
Thanks!
Also not going to spam more threads so I'll put it in here.
Are there any bitcoin poker rooms because without reasonable upfront right fees left withoutt I can not play, have no dollars later, preflop only bitcoin.
Surely initial amounts can be deposited without providing crucial info to the government operators via smaller anonymous players.
Hi tomaszmrozowski,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com!
Are there any bitcoin poker rooms
There are.
If you read our forum principles you will see that discussion of non-affiliated rooms is discouraged.
The problem is that when people read about a poker site here -- especially from a moderator -- it is assumed to be an endorsement of the site.
I suggest that you just use your favourite search engine to find such a site.

I realise why I'm here and I'll follow the advice of searching my area of interest online.
