I have a problem with my account, when I tried to play i can see that communicate:

Is there any option to move my account to UK without help form support? The problem is, that they dont respond for any emails (I sent around 60 since two weeks). They let me deposit a money, but now I cant use it. Any suggestions?

Hi YeaahBunny,
PokerStars' support is overloaded at present.
One email will work -- eventually.
60 might just make 'em a wee bit annoyed.
The link you posted -- presumably to an image -- results in "That page doesn't exist"
So my suggestion is be patient.
Why not just leave the account where it is?
