were you in the CO? consider limping this hand. Raising is good if the others are weak-tight. I would also recommend a larger raise size.

the call vs the 3bet is really bad. I'm assuming that they are all on the tighter side on NL10.

And on the Flop, you don't call such 3bets to fold on the top 10% of flops for your hand.
