If we want to call to a 2x open let's say from BB, what is the percent % we want to call (in other wards Equity) to make our call profitable? Generally from BB we take odds: 1+0.5 from the blinds, plus 1 from antes, plus 2 from initial raiser (2x)=4.5:1. So the percentage (%) we need to call is 1:(4.5+1)=19%. So if we have 20% and above against his range we are set. But if we try to figure this out at Equilab the range that we need to call is about 70% of hands against UTG open ranges. It seems pretty big number.. Maybe the correct number is about 38-40%???

Sorry to start off like this, but as with so many things in Poker -- "It depends"
It depends on:
The position of the min-raiser -- a person min-raising from the button represents a much wider range than a person min-raising from UTG
The prior history of the min-raiser. If he's doing this with 40% of hands, that represents a much wider range than if he's open-raising 13% of hands
Anyone else in the pot? You'll need a tighter range to call.
Your perceived range at the table <== much less important at low stakes
Is this tournament or cash? If tournament, what is the relative stack size between yourself and the open-raiser
If tournament, how close is the bubble?
Let's see how many more "depends" people can come up with.
Since you mentioned Equilab, let's try a hand.
If we assign BU a 75% open-raising range, then use the Hand Range Calculator to give us a range with a minimum equity of 50% we get:

but that all assumes that the two hands go to showdown.
There is a lot that can be done post flop to justify calling a minraise with somewhat less than 50% absolute equity.
