Have been playing fixed limit for over 10 years, never no-limit. So tried my hand at NL2 with a opening hand chart from here but no idea about post flop play.
What post flop play??
Everyone folds pre flop or on flop to c bet. Hardly anyone ever 3 bets pre flop. People are hardly ever bluffing and fold to bluffs too much.
Is this how it always is?

I don't know about "always" but what you describe is quite common, especially at low stakes and in fast-fold games.
