I referred someone and they have built up 19 points almost 10 days ago, which should by rights earn me $10 but its never been credited.
Can a mod shed any light as to why that may be

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your T-A-F system.
I would recommend that you contact customer support via the ticket system as they will be able to help you more as they have access to your account details.

No you mis-understand my point.
I have referred someone who has made 19 strategy points, meaning I should get $10 credited to my account. I've never had that $10.
