hi my friend just earned enough points for me to get a payout of 10$ but he busted. im seeing that you need at least 50$ to get it transferred on Titan poker, mansion poker, and party poker. is there any other way for the money to be transfereed to my fulltilt account instead?

Unfortunately you cant request a T-A-F payment until you have $50 in your referral balance.
The $10 that you have currently will remain in your account so that it can be added to in the future with further referrals.
You can find more information here and also please feel free to make use of our T-A-F Wizard which will enable you create banners and e-mail signatures etc with your own personal code attatched for use in blogs, websites, e-mails etc.

As bkbart has already mentioned it is not dead money but can be added to with further referrals that you may recieve.
As for your other questions if you have a tracked Mansion, Titan or Party Poker account then it needs to be transfered to those accounts.
However, if you do not have any of those tracked accounts then there are measures in place that take this into account which will allow the T-A-F money to be sent to a non tracked account and if your country is banned from these alternative options there is the alternative of Full Tilt.
If you dont have a tracked account with the three poker rooms mentioned above then you can contact customer support to discuss the alternative options when the time for withdrawal arises.
