Definitely a tough choice.
If this was a 100BB deep situation, I'd consider 3-betting villain depending on his stats.
This is a 200BB+ deep pot. 3-bet everyday here, because:
- If villain 4bets you, you know you're against a monster, so most likely fold pre (or call if villain is a maniac)
- it gets rid of blinds sticking around with hands that can outflop us
- if villain just calls and 3 barrel, you can very much discount AA KK from his range, which makes our equity against his range much better.
Without any stats, and as played, it is a very tough situation indeed, so I cannot advise because I have no info on villain.
However, I will say you could avoid such spots by potentially apply the above play.
Disclaimer: I am also NL2 player, so I am by no means a pro.
Hand strength is underepped so i think it's a call it's not a great spot though as people don't tend to 3 barrel bluff a great deal at these stakes but the draws did miss.

Well not 54s, we have no info on villain so we can't discard it. I would also 3bet preflop. As played I would fold if we have no reads, not every villain would vbet JTss here for instance, we lose vs A3s/33/66/TT/QQ+, I don't see enough thin vbets at NL2, nor do I see enough 3 barrel bluffs. So even though we under-represent our hand and hero seems to have 77-99 most of the time from villain's point of view, I'm still folding. Villain cbet into 4 players as well, this represents a lot of strength.
If villain is a bad player/has already limped etc. I'm snap-calling
I think it is very close on NL2 to be honest. On higher limits i would like a call much more.
The needed equity for a call is: 33/ (33+33+68) = 0.246 -> 24.6%
If he opens A2s+ in UTG and bluffs his missed flush draws it is a clear call.
If he opens much tighter or doesn't bluff missed flush draws it becomes a fold.
You can try out in the pokerstrategy software Equilab and see how it changes 
In my experience, on NL2, they don't bluff enough so i would actually consider a fold against unknown on NL2.
