I'm pretty sure that long time ago I've seen article about situations like: when you are on BB everybody folds except 1 person which goes all in with something around 3 BB. Do we have to autocall it? Is there any good tutorial/video/article about when is it mandatory to call all in with division on tournament phase, your stack, enemy stack etc?

I contrived the following scenario:
4 left in a 9-player SnG
Stacks:
CO 2000 26.78% 27.11% +0.323%
BU 1200 21.15% 21.90% +0.750%
SB 400 7.92% 6.89% -1.032%
BB 9900 44.15% 44.11% -0.042%
Blinds are 100/200/10
I couldn't make it come out "any two" for BB to call SB, but if I drop SB to 2BB then it does.
