Hello after the opponent checks me raises on the flop how would it be better to play the hand to call very far far back or to stack on the flop mp is reg.

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum. There fits it better.
The picture is visible as well now 
I would most likely just shove the flop for value and protection with in mind you need to invest more than 1/3 of your remaining stack with a reasonable raise.

I think stacking off on the flop is ok as well although id likely just shove rather than take the smaller sizing.
I think it's fine.
Other option would be to call his raise (in case he is bluffing) and take his chips on later streets (as you have position)
