I wonder if he would even shove Q9 on river. Probably would as he likely would squeeze AQ always preflop. But yeah should be very careful with river bluffs anyway when flop and turn goes checked. Maybe he would check again sometimes on turn with Qc9c in hope prefop aggressor delayed cbet.

Shove river as bluff seems tricky. Especially for the odds trueteller will get to call.

bet/3bet river usually means they have something, right ?

i think he might think that he gets the opponent to think "nobody ever bluffs there in this spot" and the other is of course he can't win the pot by calling or folding
