Villain: VPIP: 22/PFR: 13/3Bet: 9 (192 hands)

I would say villains widest range OTF is QQ-TT, AQ+. Maybe even only QQ, AKs. Maybe rarely the range includes AA-KK. (Or is this too tight?)

So how to play post-flop? I do not like a raise OTF because my hand isn't very vulnerable. Villain can't hold AhKh because I have Kh. And KJ is also not in their range.

The Q OTT is a really bad card. There is not much hands that I beat except AK which I block. Fold ok?

annoyingly fold - i used to be hero calling these kind of bets and my green line remembers this.

I'd also consider raising the donk bet OTF. It's ok that you don't, but i'm not sure about the reasoning "my hand isn't very vulnerable". You could raise not for protection and charging his draw but also for value.
