AK 4 bet pot on a bad board

I'm surprised he bet so big.
Such a bet is quite polarized, but you've not got enough of a hand to call with.
If he is betting to try to get value, I think he missed out.
If he is bluffing, he is putting too much at risk...

Preflop: Consider flatting the 3bet instead of 4betting. 4bet is good vs stronger players with wider 3bet ranges.
Flop: Cbetting with wide range is fine, it's hard for him to continue with air here, or even with 99 without a club
Turn: Give up
River: You're mostly beating TT and 99 without clubs that are turned into bluffs. Not quite sure if he'll respect a River Check/raise or not (you would be repping JJ and KK pretty hard). That's certainly something that can be considered but default play is check/fold.

If I call preflop, do I have 4 bet range at all? I mean what I should 4 bet in this case here? I 4 bet QQ+, AK, and also the bluffs.
