Make him pay for his gall.
x/r the flop.
His range for a pre-flop 3Bet is weighted toward high pocket pairs, which you beat, and which he won't (likely) fold.

Note: I haven't a clue about NL 100, but the more cards you give him, the more likely he'll suck out.
What are your thoughts on jamming the river? turn?

I like the big 3bet pre here a lot because we are oop and deep and it may create a cover for us as to represent AK/AQ and therefore missed the flop which is a good thing because we actually have AA with H and the flop is HHx.

Yes, we could CR/CRAI turn or river to play for stacks vs +TT if that's what we want to do.

Although, it would be hilarious if we CRAI on turn and he tanked for 60 seconds and called with a bottom set.

Flop and turn could be played differently, but it's fine I guess.

As played easy call river in my opinion.
Post-flop you underrep your hand, and you shouldn't fold as you try to make him bet.

Imho with AA:h you can call, there aren't overcard that can scare you.

With KK or other overpair better cr.

As played in this 40 hands had you seen he speawy for 3 street?

He has many flush and if he doesn't bluff hands as Q:h J this is a sick call

I don't know anything about the villain except by looking at the stats, he seems like a preflop calling station and possibly a loose player in the making.

If I am not sure I fold river: a loss is a more serious error than a loss of earnings
