No, I think the call is sound as played.
You appear to give up on the turn, which opens the door for villain to bet the river.

I'd like to hear what the the experts say about leading the turn.

what range do you expect call c4b? What you play?

Fold pre, as payed call river

Well, you either 4bet or fold pre. This is a OC 4bet/bluff imo and the best result would be to get folds pre.

As played, I think you have to call now but this should be a fold in theory because I expect to see at least the AQ if not +QQ.

Any info on villains and your own though proccess would be nice as well.
Against 2 unknowns I wouldn't 4bet KQo, but fold it right away.
