I isolate fish and we play CO vs BTN so his 3bet range can be higher than 6,5%, maybe something like 7-8%. I think that I should call, because by 4 bet I isolate myself to AA/KK. My thought during play was that I dont want to play with him OOP because he cbet a lot in 3bet pots on flop and turn and I will have very difficult spots.

How do you play JJ in this kind of spots?

Pretty much like this -- but I lose a lot to higher pocket pairs and suckouts _cry:

With a 40BB!!!! 4bet you surely isolate yourself againts QQ+. Just think over the strength of your line, and ask which hand would you continue as villain. The best in this spot is call oop, and exploit his wide 3bet range, by calling on low textures, where he tries to barell you. Be prepared to calldown any flop/turn where there is no overcard, otherwise rather fold pre.

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum. There fits it better.

Cheers,
