His line suggests a set, so the fold OTR is good.
Not a lot else can play this way, I don't think
You can also check flop, river you beat only 5:h, 2:h, 7:h with combodraw, or 64s, 32s.
Can he has 75s or 52s here? And 64, 32s?
More straight is has more bluff he must have for make your bluff catcher ev+
If you check flop, you don't mistake bicause from UTG you have few or nothing set 
Check flop and fold river as played. Not much bluffs to catch. T otr makes your hand vs not much hands or none better. Let go river his line is to often value
UTG vs BB, yeah, this may be a fold on river. I played a hand very recently that is similar to OP's in terms of the board texture and action postflop.
This is BTN vs BB though. It would be interesting to see the difference in likely value range that is crashing into one another which is somewhat nutted and said to be equally distributed amongst the player pool, say, UTG vs SB/BB and BTN vs SB/BB.

To your spoiler. I fold this on the flop. Board hits there range really hard. How many clean outs you think you have?
As played the runout is nice for you. It bricks their draws which means their either have flopped a monster or barrels 2pair or a bluff a draw. Since flopping big is pretty rare you have to think about the ratio for bluffs and 2pair here. How many 2 pairs do you really beat here and how likely are them? Turn bet is pretty small and looks weak but again with discounds close. On the river I would guess again that I am beat fold to this sizing. Tripple barrel just looks too strong.

My hand? You have position and you are drawing to the nuts vs two players, one 50BBESS, another 150BBESS. No one folds this in my game.
