after <50 hands both villains around 30/20

PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

CO: $9.66 (193.2 bb)
BTN: $4.84 (96.8 bb)
SB: $5.00 (100 bb)
BB: $5.57 (111.4 bb)
UTG: $10.77 (215.4 bb)
Hero (MP): $5.00 (100 bb)

SB posts $0.02, BB posts $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has J♠: Q♠:
fold, Hero raises to $0.15, 2 folds, SB calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10

standard open raise

Flop: ($0.45, 3 players) 6♥: J♦: T♥:
SB checks, BB bets $0.29, Hero folds, SB calls $0.29

this donk against 2 opponents made me fold a good hand. Any ideas what it represents on this stake? I was thinking at least two pairs or a strong nut draw. Monsters like sets would check call or check raise I guess.
After my review I think maybe its a good spot for a raise with intention to take the pot right now?

Turn: ($1.03, 2 players) 4♣:
SB checks, BB bets $0.75, fold

Results: $1.03 pot ($0.04 rake)
Final Board: 6♥: J♦: T♥: 4♣:

BB wins $0.99

Yeah, you have a good kicker, but...
Donk bets are either bluffs or solid value -- very little in between (well, maybe monster draws can do this also -- something like K♥:Q♥: )

It is good to know how how opponent plays his monster draws.
If he does have such a draw you're behind:

Board: 6♥J♦T♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP3    42.73%  42.27%   0.45% { QsJs }
BB     57.27%  56.82%   0.45% { KhQh, 9h8h }

But if I was BB, I would check raise in such a spot.

If you don't have Equilab I highly recommend it for analysing situations like this.

When you folded, what range did you have for opponent?
