It was quite a good article, but I'm pretty certain that the other website has a copyright on it -- unless of course they hoisted it from somewhere else 
Because of that, I edited out most of the article, leaving the main headings.
I preserved the entire post though, and I'll ask the powers whether it is a matter of concern.
If not, I'll restore it.

The "new" formats aren't really all that new -- it's just that the major poker sites didn't offer them.
My point is that a lot of the "old" formats -- Stud, Stud8, Razz, 5-Card Draw, 2-7 lowball etc all have the same characteristics: They're not known very well by a lot of players.
