Since it was a min raise of villain from UTG. Would you 3bet KJs in this situation?

I will mix it up, but generally no.

If players behind me are likely to squeeze, then yes.
If UTG is opening a lot of hands -- or opening weak hands then yes.

If UTG has a reputation for trapping by opening small-ish with big hands, then I would fold KJo

Well first off, since the original hand was KJo, and I didn't notice that the question as about KJs I apologise.
However I still mix up KJs as mentioned.

@Pokamon -- that chart seems to indicate that you do something 57% of the time w/ KJs -- is that call 57% and 3Bet the rest?
I presume that the green is 3Bet always.

Also, what limit is this considering?

green = 3bet, yellow = flat, number = 3bet %.

this chart is for 200 NL, but the chart for 25 NL looked very similar, when i last looked at it. i do not have it at hand though. usually it is tighter due to higher rake. KJs will be a 3bet nonetheless.

playing micros i would 3bet only, to avoid getting raked. very common advice nowadays.
