Hi, I've recently joined Pokerstrategy and was doing the depositor sign-up, the only site I didn't have an account with was Unibet, so obviously chose them, upon following the instructions on here and depositing, it is still indicating that the reward hasn't been claimed - a little confused as to how to fix this, many thanks for help guys

If it has been more than 48 hours since you signed up (longer if a weekend is involved) then I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your unibet username, the date when you joined and so on.
