The monthly payouts should be in first 7 days of next month.
Now is 14. dec, and I still did not get reward for month November (75€)
Can someone explain?

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, and any other relevant information.
