River value bet ?

It's a close spot to go for a bet on river. Especially if villain is tight there aren't to many weaker hands that would call. Only TT maybe and checking behind is just fine. Only reason to bet is to get villain of a better hand like QQ-KK, but that will be tough as well. Off course both hands could be in villains 4bet range.

How much should you bet on river of you decide to take that line? I would go for pot-sized bet, is that too much?

I expect half pot seems big enough if I would bet. Pot betting looks more like a bluff than a normal bet size.

if you decide to go for very, very thin value, you have to downsize significantly. 5-10bb looks fine. vs better players you will hang yourself taking that weak looking line, as you give them the opportunity to shove over the top.

Pot betting looks more like a bluff than a normal bet size.

If it looks more like a bluff than 1/2 bet, then why wouldnt you bet pot (assumming you want to bet here)?

How about checking the flop to bet on the turn? That is what I usually do in spot like that

You mean, that if he valuebets, he wants him to think he is bluffing and therefore pot bet.

I don't know how they play at these stakes, but I agree with pokamon though. How sure are you that you have the best hand? More often than not, you will probably only get called by better hands when you potbet.
