2 folds, Hero raises to 3 bb, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls

Flop: (9.4 bb) 2♣ Q♣ Q♠
BB bets 6 bb, Hero?

Is this the so-called easy fold?

Not so easy, but with another player yet to come, a fold makes sense.
I hate folding to donk bets though, and I'm often inclined to raise them, but not with another player behind.
