If it is a specific poker room, send them what they ask for -- or if you don't have exactly what they ask for, send them the best you have.

- yes its for poker room
* i did already sent them copy of what i have and they reject it ( bank statement ) cuz it does not show the full address only the street name and the house number .

What is missing? If it shows the street name and house number that should be proof enough.
If an apartment number is involved, and your bank statement doesn't have it, perhaps ask you bank to include it -- just update your address at the bank should work.

How about income tax records?
Bills for other services?
Packing slips for deliveries?

Perhaps ask the poker room customer service what records they will accept.
There is usually a list on line of what they'll take...

in my poker account i add the postal code and the P.Obox number cuz i want evreything to be correct for sending mails and recieve from the poker room .....

my bank has all my info but they say how ever we are not allowed to show your ( postal code + ur BOX ) on the statement .... ( its from theyr system

my poker room did not accept the address in the statment cuz there is no postal and box numbers on it

this is my problim

can i use ( paysera bank ) statment ?

I really don't know what the poker rooms will accept.
You will need to ask the customer service department of the poker room itself.

I don't work for the poker rooms, so I don't have access to any of that information.
