hi ,
could anyone tell me how is all-in ev calculated in a multiway pot?

Same way as in normal pots, each side pot is just calculated individually.

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com :welcome:

For each pot -- and side pot -- the equity of the hands is compared.
A tool such as Equilab can be used to compare the hands.
Equilab is a free download using that link.

It calculates the equity in one of two ways:
:diamond:  Enumerate -- all possible boards are compared to arrive at the equity. This is possible only for narrow ranges. For wide ranges, it just takes too long.
:diamond:  Monte Carlo -- it runs the hands repeatedly for several million boards.

Tools like PokerTracker and Hold'em Manager likely do something similar
