Improving w/o HUD and HH

don't know much about site, can you get any HH, maybe by support or email?

Email bwin and ask if you can get Hand history report….

As stated I don’t use the site so I am not sure of the answer…. Maybe I wrote it bad.

If not you need to manual take notes as you play (hand notes) if site does not provide HH reports of how hands are played. Raises preflop, board, bet sizing etc…you will not be able to see if you are improving or not if you don’t have information available…. Any one can tell you a range to play, but if you are like most people, you can’t remember what you did 10 minutes ago, so how would you know if you followed the ranges for an hour of play.

last suggestion would be the get on to a site that lets you use a tracker program, so that you can improve and don’t play on that one.

If you don’t have information on how you play, how do you expect to improve. There isn’t a magic bullet… or answer…. 👍👍

While you are correct, that it doesn't provide an answer, it is an attempt for clarification, and offers a suggestion.

After reading your reply, do you expect anyone else to step in and offer any other suggestions?
I actually thought that his suggestion had merit, and if he hadn't offered it, I would have.

But here are some...
 take screenshots of problem hands and post them in the hand evaluation forums.
 use a screen recorder tool to save a video of your session. Make notes of the time of hands that you want to review.
 play elsewhere

I don't think my answer to Mr biscuit has been rude to the point of clarifying the forum principles.

Imagine that you ask on a specialized forum for help about some device and the first person who answers you tells you:
I don't know anything about this device, but maybe you could read the instructions manuel or contact the company that markets it.

Seriously, do you think that if I turn to pokerstrategy, it is to get an answer of this kind?

But if you don't want to use one you can save locally on your computer and then insert the raw hand on a converter and review the hand as per example
