The biggest thing IMO to concentrate on at micro stake limits to have the ability to range your villain and also start learn flop equity that your hands holds, like in equilab or flopzilla..

Yes, he had JsTs, which was too bad. However, I'm getting better not getting frustrated over hands like this and I don't think my heartrate changed at all during the hand. I know I'll be on the other end of the coolers 50% of the time. Just need to play enough hands to make that happen. I posted this hand because I was not sure about what I did on the turn. I guess not slow playing at all is the way to go. I should've either shoved or raised because the occasional flush draw will bail on the river.

That Han I wouldn’t of shoved turn I would have probably raised to about 35-40bb. Then shove river on brink…. To answer your question sorry I got off track.

I think you're right. A good-sized bet on turn makes sense.

I was thinking a shove would be good because after a 40BB raise we're both pot committed already (pot would be around 140BB, I would have 60BB behind me on river), and the opponent will get a decent price to draw out on me. Players on these levels will call any worse good hand (lower set, 2 pairs) in either case.

I was running Equilab when I first logged in to PokerStars and got a warning saying that if I do it again my account may be terminated. ♦ I had been playing around with odds and seeing what ranges I should use in each position. It's a useful application, but I should make sure not to have it open while running PokerStars.

 What better would fold? -- at NL2 pretty much nothing

IN equilab go to tools and into equity trainer trainer, add in 2 ranges and try it out..
