Should I play the hand differently?
Call down river too?

The turn brings additional equity, so I think that the call is justified.

OTR you only need your 2nd pair to win roughly 20% of the time (I didn't do the math), so a bluff-catch might be OK.
Sample size is too small to draw any real conclusions about opponents AF
With a larger sample size showing this much aggression. I would most definitely call

I'd like to know that the experts think though.
