I fixed the image link — it was pointing to the page, not the picture.
I am not customer service, so I have no access to your account, but from that it appears that you ordered silver points for 12 months then cancelled the order.
If you think otherwise, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can.
However, from the 
beside your name, it appears that you have bronze status. You therefore have access to all articles and videos available to that status. There are no games at PokerStrategy.com that require status
