I just received an email this morning detailing the new T&C — I suggest reading them.

This item stood out:

Inactive Account fee. We charge an administration fee of EUR 5 per month on ‘inactive’ Accounts, to cover the costs we pay for maintaining them. At least 13 months must have passed since you last used your Account for it to be classed as ‘inactive’. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before we start to charge the fee, so that you have an opportunity to withdraw your funds. Once your Account reaches 0, it will be closed. Please see Part A Section 13 for more detail about this.

That's interesting. I didn't get a mail about this, but I can't even play on Pokerstars and 13 months are expired. No money on my account.

Thank you for the heads-up. It seems like standard behavior, though. I have heard of poker rooms and gambling sites that do the same without prior warning.

Well it was in PartyPoker's T&C from the beginning, and I got charged once, and I whined, and they returned the charge — nice.
I don't know of any others that do this — but I am willing to bet that if one actually reads the T&C they'll find that the site "reserves the right" to do so.
