I wanted to create an account on Pokerstars and link it with pokerstrategy. Now some time has passed and I don't receive the strategy points. So I'm afraid I must have inserted the wrong promotion code... How can I fix this?

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined, the and so on. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that they can help.
