Dear forum

after a long break, I was thinking to play some poker on Poker Stars again. Important sidenote: I'm from Germany. First, I needed to transfer my account from pokerstars.eu to pokerstars.de. Then I had to verify myself again. After all of that was done, I tried to deposit some money on my account. I was promptly informed that the Cross-Operator Deposit Limit is set to 0,00 EUR. As far as I have seen, it should be 1000 EUR though, right? I used the option in pokerstars to set it to 1000 EUR but it just tells me back that it is set to 0,00 EUR.
Anyone else sharing this experience?

Thanks,
PD

Hi PizzaDiavolo,

I didn't even know what a cross-operator deposit is.
When I look it up it appears that a player will only be able to deposit €1000 total to all poker rooms.
Have you deposited to other rooms recently?

If not, I suggest engaging PokerStars support. The best way to do this is using the Help button, scrolling down and using the "contact us" button.
Sometimes you get a chat window, sometimes with real people, and sometimes a contact form.
There is also a "Get Help" link in the deposit dialogue, but I've never used it.

Best of luck :gl:,

Hi!
Did you find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem (also located in Germany) and after chatting to a real human in customer support they just said they have no authority when it comes to cross operator limits and was useless at helping me. I also had to move to the new app, verify myself and then could't play as my cross-operator was set to 0 EUR. I've tried changing it several times but nothing ever happens so I'm stuck playing with play money which sucks. So if you can let me know if you somehow solved it I'd love to know how.

Thanks,
Camilla

Dealing with account issues can be a headache. I remember a similar situation when I tried to make a deposit after a long break from online poker. It felt like jumping through hoops just to get things sorted. Have you tried reaching out to their support team? Sometimes they can work wonders behind the scenes.
