Difficult situation. I 3bet from BTN against loose VPIP 59% MP. OK player at SB and good and tight BB call, UTG fold. Flop is not optimal and I checked because SD and may have AAxx, JJxx, or same kind of row with A that they don't want 4bet OOP. Turn 9♥: gives to me more outs for straight.

GG Poker - $0.02 PL Hi FAST (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

Hero (BTN): $2.23 (111.5 bb)
SB: $1.26 (63 bb)
BB: $2.11 (105.5 bb)
UTG: $19.15 (957.5 bb)
MP: $2.70 (135 bb)
CO: $2.00 (100 bb)

SB posts $0.01, BB posts $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has K♥: Q♠: J♦: T♣:
fold, MP raises to $0.07, fold, Hero raises to $0.24, SB calls $0.23, BB calls $0.22, fold

Flop: ($0.79, 3 players) A♣: J♠: 6♥:
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.79, 3 players) 9♥:
SB bets $0.60, BB calls $0.60, Hero?

Don't 3bet rainbow hands. Once you 3bet, you should have high cbet% on Axx flops.

In this situation, you need to pay 60c into a pot of 2,60 (I rounded 1 cent) = you need 23% equity. You have 13 straight outs, and 9 of those are non-heart to the nuts. That gives you 20% equity. Sometimes those heart outs are good and you always have some implied odds so it should be quite an easy call.

Hmmm. This makes me really think what hands I should 3bet if not hand like this. My 3bet % for last 1000 hands is 2,9, VPIP 13,6, PFR 9,8

I folded and :f_cry: when saw river. But I hope that I have learned again something.

SB wins $1.90

Singlesuited ( K♥:Q♣:J♣:T♠: ) it also is not a 3bet unless you know his PFR is very high, the VPIP itself does not tell us about his RFI tendencies. The :Kx: is also a bad card to 3bet.

The flop is a great one for our range and we should cbet even 3-way. We also have the broadway wrap as a back-up and do not have to be worried about getting check-raised.

+1

Since we cannot expect villain to have a flushdraw as SV at 100% it´s an odds-call. As mentioned we might get some implieds too.

My default is to 3bet all AAxx at 100bb stacks at low stakes. That is 2,5% already. When you add double suited KK, single suited good AKKx, and some ds higher rundowns, you should have pretty good 3bet range.

Solver sim assumes FE for 3bets. In reality, FE is really low for 3bets at low stakes, and people also cold call quite a lot which makes pots multiway. So my advice is to 3bet tighter than solver, and keep the 3bet range really strong with hands that play well in multiway situations.
