GG Poker - $0.02 PL Hi FAST (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by Holdem Manager 3

Hero (BTN): $2.26 (113 bb)
SB: $4.66 (233 bb)
BB: $3.49 (174.5 bb)
UTG: $2.78 (139 bb)
MP: $2.09 (104.5 bb)
CO: $2.71 (135.5 bb)

SB posts $0.01, BB posts $0.02

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.03) Hero has 4♦: Q♥: A♥: Q♣:
UTG raises to $0.07, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.07, fold, BB calls $0.05
Loose UTG opens, my hand probably not strong enough to 3bet?

Flop: ($0.22, 3 players) 2♠: 2♥: Q♠:
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $0.11, fold, UTG calls $0.11
Best possible flop, after BB and UTG check, bet 1/2 pot

Turn: ($0.44, 2 players) 6♥:
UTG bets $0.33, Hero?
UTG donks. I still have practical nuts. Let UTG continue bluffing or 3bet?

It's important to know your opponent.
If you don't you have to make a judgement based on what the general population does at that limit.
You can't technically 3Bet, since there is only one bet ahead of you OTT, but raising the same amount back to him will tell you whether he is serious or not. If they then re-raise, you may get stacks in. If they just call, oh well.
It also helps to have an idea of what opponent's range might be.

Preflop is ok either way versus loose opener but call would be my standard. Flop bet fine. In turn this seems somewhat weak play to me. Its just quite hard for UTG to have that much as 2 is unlikely and we block top pair. If he has 66 we will likely get allin on river anyway. So I would lean toward calling to keep his range as wide as possible.

Other option is to raise small like to 0.8€ or so which would leave bit over SPR 0.5 for river if he calls.

My IP 3bet knowledge is a bit rusty, but I'm pretty sure AQQ$ss suited to the ace is a 3bet. Even more so if villain is loose. This is PLO2, so very unlikely he's opening reasonably. In my experience too wide.
