I’m planning to launch an online poker platform and looking for recommendations for a poker game development company that can deliver a high-quality, secure, and scalable solution. Ideally, I’m looking for a team experienced with multiplayer functionality, real-time gameplay, and cross-platform support (web + mobile).

I think that the sticking point in your quest is "reliable". How do you plan to control them?
Once the company has created the platform, they'll be the ones controlling it.
Next problem is competition.

Playtech comes to mind. I don't know for example, who's behind PokerStars software, but Playtech openly says they sell "poker operating software" for casinos.

On the last two cruises I went on, poker was played at an electronic table. It was basically a giant touch screen. I wonder if that is what they're talking about.
Many casinos in Estonia have bought their software, the casinos just want to run the casino part and Playtech handles the poker software experience for the user.
Nowadays when I go to work to teach gamedev in a private school, I walk past their headquarters for some reason.
