Hello! I have a small problem. I have an account at GGpoker ontario (wsop GGpoker I guess) that I made before joining to pokerstrategy. I play NL25 but my pokerstrategy points don't collect. My nickname is written in the ggpoker room bar. What can I do to fix it?
P.s. I live in Canada ontario

Welcome to PokerStrategy.com 
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
If anyone can help you, they can. If your account existed prior to joining PokerStrategy.com then it would be necessary to retrack it. I don't know if this is possible, but if it is, customer service is the only way to do it.
