Nope
The free version certainly not.
I have not heard any reports of anyone attempting to run it in Wine, Parallels or even a VM on linux or mac.
I'm not able to try it myself yet.
Cheers,

You should be able to run the EXE under Linux, the software Wine enables this. As far as I know Wine is installed by standard. If installed it kicks in when you open the exe file. But from my experience some functions were not working (like choosing a range). I ran it on Manjaro Linux.
Description from their WineHQ webpage:
Spoiler
Wine (originally an acronym for "Wine Is Not an Emulator") is a compatibility layer capable of running Windows applications on several POSIX-compliant operating systems, such as Linux, macOS, & BSD. Instead of simulating internal Windows logic like a virtual machine or emulator, Wine translates Windows API calls into POSIX calls on-the-fly, eliminating the performance and memory penalties of other methods and allowing you to cleanly integrate Windows applications into your desktop.
There is also an open gaming plattform called Lutris, in which you might be able to install some other Windows gaming software on Linux as long you have a registration for this. It seems to have Steam implemented or vice versa, but I didn't go into it too far.
But even with wine, poker software is not working on this.
