Did you consider check/raising the flop?
Against a short stack it seems unlikely that they're folding.
I also go 1/2 pot typically for flop CBets, but I recognize that that is large by today's standards.

However, as played, I would still CBet the turn, but again, I go 1/2 pot.

It depends on the villain as well what I would do on both streets.
It's a spot you need to go for it if you miss or not on the river.

Turn is a check for me. BB should fold a big portion thats weaker and u just improved to a GS with 3 "clean" outs. I guess 3bb as a blockbet isn't a big mistake though.
River is only a big bet if V is really nitty here. But still u beat some misseddraws.
