Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 9:s, 9:d.
3 folds, Hero calls, CO folds, BU raises, SB folds, BB 3-Bets, Hero calls, BU calls.

Flop: (12.5 SB) 5:h, K:s, 7:c (3 players)
BB bets, Hero calls, BU folds.

Turn: (7.25 BB) 9:h (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB 3-Bets(All-In), Hero calls.

River: (12.25 BB) Q:d (2 players)

Final Pot: 12.25 BB.

Preflop I'm thinking I could get the Button who was a loose raiser from position to raise and I could three bet him. BB is super fish so if he calls or does my 3 betting for me then its ok.

The flop is dry and I call BB fishes bet. I have decent odds at 1/12 small bets and if I hit a 6 or 8 I turn a gutshot. If I turn a 9 I win. Unfortunately button folds and I'm left heads up against BB with a short stack.

The turn is what I want to see, and I get the rest of his stack in against my third nuts hand.

I don't like trapping with such a weak hand preflop. You should raise and if BU 3-bets that even better as 99 plays best HU (or multiway with a set ;)).
With BB being almost alling I think I cap preflop to get BU out of the pot or give him bad odds to call so you have a nice chance being HU against BB with a hand that plays best preflop only. (Because any overcard postflop may be bad.)

As played I like a flopraise as well to get the pot HU with BB. I don't want BU to draw cheap for his outs as the pot is already pretty big.

the thing of trapping is that u got to have a BIG HAND and let the players which are agressive with hands that cant really hurt u come in. preflop thats AA-KK (nothing more)
