I've started revamping my game, and I have much more time to play now.
Can anyone recommend any free mods or ad-ons that will be of assistance?
Maybe something to track my hands that I can input previous hands or something that tracks current play. Or something that tracks peoples aggression or anything, anything you have to offer or tell me about :).

The Elephant is a free tracking software provided by PokerStrategy that can track NL and FL cash games. However as of yet it doesnt work on ultimate bet but you can keep your eyes peeled as one day it might 
Sites and programs like Hold'em Manager and Poker Tracker are both pay to use software, however both have free trials that you can use
PokerStrategy also provides a hand converter ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-hand-converter/ ) where you can convert your hand histories and so you can post them and review them.
