Due to his high WTS I didn't plan to fold my QQ, so just bet bet bet my overpair for value, but would it be possible to fold to his shove on the turn because of his low AF and presume he has something like KK+ or better or is this just result oriented thinking? Besides, he would play 99+ same way, right?

OK, I think this is one of those hands where we really need to think about what we are beating.

IMO the only hands we are beating that are logical are PP's lower than yours and stone cold bluff. But why would villain stone cold bluff you after your 2nd barrell...
Especially on NL25 I don't think players are capable of this.

I think if this guy had a bigger PP he would raise flop.
Villain could put you on a conti-bet and end the pot right now if he raises your flop bet.

IMO this guy is slow-playing on the flop with a set.

If you want then you can find b/f turn, since I don´t expect him to bluff there too often and he likely has 8x or maybe really JJ+
I would likely not fold turn, since I think he can also make some kind of moves with worse hands thhat are worse than yours: 67,45, 99+, maybe 5x of diamonds
