Yes I think with the 4 :heart: you can check/fold the turn as it completes too many straightdraw (and even if it gives him only a pair). Against blanks you may bet/fold turn and check/call river as you should be often enough ahead against a draw. (Calldown with Q-high is pretty advanced. If you don't feel comfortable with it better check/fold turn or bet/fold turn, check/fold river as default depending on the turncard.)
